How do I place an order?
We always like to talk directly with customers whenever possible before their purchase of a Flea Microphone. We like to discuss which mics, capsules etc. may work best for the application. We also can discuss any options that may be desired for the mics such as capsule grille and body colors, tubes, vintage or new style PSU, shock or standard mounts etc.
If the customer doesn't need to discuss the options and simply wants to order a model directly online, simply add the item to the card and process thru the checkout page.

Payment and Shipping
Payment can be made via Credit Card, Paypal or money order/cashiers check. If you need to pay by card, please contact us at 785-820-7243 for processing.

Warranty Information
FLEA microphones warrants its products to be free from defects in mechanical material or workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty does not apply to “appearance items” such as exterior surfaces or finishes, face panels, handles, grilles or knobs which are only warranteed to be in perfect condition at the time of shipment to the dealer. Excluded are electrical parts which are warranted for a period of five years and tubes which are warranted for a period of six months. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, damage in transit, accident or neglect, forcible damage, unprofessional handling damage or any other damage from operation which can make product non-functional.

Returns & Refunds
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back to our address in a new, unused, resalable condition and with original packing intact, Along with all receipts or Invoices. Return process must be agreed always in advance via email or telephone between our company and the customer. We will refund postage costs only in case of a legitimate claim.
We recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
